This is the final render result of the lesson here

As the theme, the hubby's giving his wife the "3rd degree", making her face the other way while showing her nice back end while answering confessions... under the one light... lol. It's a fantasy they share.

Lights used, 1 UberEnvironment and 1 Linear Point Light (rats, forgot the specular light haha). In a plain room where there's only one dim light, the shadows do tend to be dark, so mind you, it's like those mafia or CIA/FBI movies, you know... ;)

Enjoy!

Well done, young man, well done. Very photogenic and a great lesson why digital can be better than real film (sometimes<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/> ) Why?

This would be a very long lighting process and the set up and test shots could take a couple of hours. The lighting is very dramatic and sets the mood very well. Then one would get into the whole photoflood vs strobes to light this in the real world. A strong key light can be very effective when coupled with just enough fill to give a suggestion of the background.

Then the pose itself accents the model's leg very nicely. You will see in a lot of glamour shots the model on her tip toes as that forces the legs into a more shapely, er, a shape.
This is an out-standing (pun intended) photograph regardless digital or real.
